Can’t install it. It is blocked from being run by Windows 10

why i dont have to trust in windows defender and have to trust on an application that is named “samsung” smarthru and the developer on the description is HP inc.??
Because Windows Defender detects Samsung Smarthru harming your device but in reality it doesn’t. for more details please contact your service technician.
Open cmd as administrator, then drag and drop the installation into to the cmd window. It should be able to go through from there.
Hi Jhony, I tried disabling windows defender but still got the same problem: “this application (*.exe) has been blocked to protect you”. Is there any way to bypass this error? what other software has the same capabilites as Smarthru? thanks
what version of windows operating system you are using?
I have Windows 10 and the same problem. I am moving to a new Computer. On the Old one there was no problem.
Hold Shift and right click on the install file, then select “Copy as Path” from the drop down menu. Then type in “cmd” on the windows search bar. Right click on the app “Command Prompt” and select “Run as Administrator”. Paste the copied text from before into the command line and press Enter. The program should run now.
